Thank you for shopping with Saint Notics. We want you to love what you ordered — if something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at robertpowell718@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at robertpowell718@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping
Unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
